Nitin is the founder & CEO of ‘Yaekle Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., which currently supports over 28 employees in India. In this capacity. his focus has always been on creating a strong corporate ecosystem for all the concerned stakeholders in terms of workplace culture, quality, ethics, diversity and inclusion.
In 2009, Nitin started as an Individual Proprietor based on the need of individuals & corporates for company formation, recording of transactions, tax structure of the country and supporting them with services like return filing,auditing etc. In current state, as a CEO, Nitin’s prime focus is on the implementation of organisational strategies for the growth and development of the network, which has resulted into a 120% growth of ‘Yaekle’ over past few years.
He has an extensive experience of 9 years in various fields that include Direct & Indirect Tax, Technology Implementation, Internal controls, Business growth through applied Finance and Treasury and Analytics.
Nitin’s journey as an expert consultant is been remarkable and yielding growth for individuals and corporates in last few years.
Rita is the Co-founder & Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of ‘Yaekle Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.’ Within the Leadership team, she sets the overall macro & micro level strategies for Yaekle network.
She works closely with the CEO to help drive Yaekle's strategic plans and activities. She closely work with the Leadership groups of entire client base in terms of operational support, leadership groups, centre of Excellence, member relationships, branding and communications.
With almost 7 years of rich experience into various fields including Audits, Risk & Governance, Human Resource (support function and Payroll activities), Rita is currently pursuing her interest in becoming the most successful Chartered Accountant of the country, along with qualification of Graphologist. Moreover, she is an expert in handwriting analysis theory and determining the personal characteristics of an individual.
Ganesh is the Co-founder & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ‘Yaekle Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.’ He plays a pivotal role in bringing clarity to the ever-changing statutory framework, building relationships with key stakeholders, getting necessary measures up and running rapidly and pragmatically, and ensuring effective communication with the workforce.
As a founding member, top priority of Ganesh is to ensure effective execution of company’s books and records, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Being the CFO, he does a lot of number-crunching by playing a critical role behind the scene and is usually the one who keeps a strict check on company’s budget & cash flow.
He has around 9 years of experience with an expertise in Financial Reporting, Working Capital Management and Budgeting. In addition, Strategy building & execution coupled with a strong decision-making ability makes him a strong value addition to the core team. He is currently working to fulfil his dream of becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant and an expert in all areas related to Finance.
CA Brijesh is the Legal Head at “Yaekle consultancy services Pvt. ltd.” He helps in providing proactive, in-depth, legal, business-focused advice to Yaekle Consultancy Services by implementing initiatives and processes in order to set standards and reinforce a culture of integrity, quality, ethical behaviour and responsibility across the organization.
He is responsible for advising senior leadership team across the business with strategic and operational guidance, aiding them in the management of client’s litigation and dispute resolution in their organization.
He further instructs and assists external legal partners in identifying potential legal risks and assessing the issues impacting that risk, which ensures that all of the business’s risk management approaches are viable.
He has around 12 years of experience and expertise's in Direct and Indirect taxes litigation matters.
He is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
